Corporate Rate, Course Administration, & Personal Use
Corporate Rate is the rate an organization, corporation, business entity, conglomerate, small business, government agency, etc. will pay for a course from HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain). Courses purchased by the aforementioned enterprises may be used to train multiple people, therefore, the organization will pay per head more than the rate of the same course, if it were purchased by an individual. HR-OD Analytics or (Adrienne Captain) will negotiate the appropriate price for the course(s) needed by that organization. Please be aware that the price will be negotiated based on the size of the organization.
The course shall be administered by the platform for which HR-OD Analytics is publishing the course. If an organization wants to administer the course from its own Learning Management System or LMS, then the organization shall pay a rate negotiated between the organization & HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain) to run the course on its LMS. Please be aware that the price will be negotiated based on the size of the organization. In addition, the course shall be made to function on the company’s LMS by the organization’s own Learning or Training staff; not by HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain). Any damages or issues that occur on the company’s LMS due the uploading of HR-OD Analytics’ material or course content shall be consumed by said organization. The organization will upload content to its LMS at the organization’s own risk. HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain), shall not be responsible for said damages to the organization’s LMS or systems. HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain) shall not be responsible for damages or systems issues that occur to individual computers or equipment due to usage of HR-OD Analytics’ content. Note: A Company shall NOT purchase a course and share the login information so that others might have access to material, unless previously negotiated with HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain). The organization will pay the going rate as described herein. An individual employee seeking to purchase a course for development or learning purposes, shall ask his or her employer to purchase the course for his or her use only. He or she will be able to purchase the course at the individual rate. However, if more employees on a specific business unit or team need the course, that price shall be negotiated with HR-OD Analytics (Adrienne Captain).
