We know you want to be the best at what you do.  You need knowledge and development to do that. Our goal is to provide you with individual lessons and courses designed to impact how you think, how you manage, and how you make decisions that affect your professional life.

Our courses are problem-based providing individuals with the ability to use previous experiences in the learning, apply the acquired skills to real-world issues and finally, help improve identified weaknesses in personal or professional development.

We use an instructional strategy consisting of demonstrative application, conceptual development, and whole-task review.  Our courses attempt to teach new ways of evaluating problems, making decisions, and working and communicating with others. 

Some of our courses offer pre and post assessment to show knowledge attainment.  These assessments also attempt to measure skill attainment by providing real-life situations to use newly acquired skills.

About Founder

Adrienne Captain

Adrienne Captain is the CEO and founder of HR-OD Analytics, a Human Resources and Organizational Development (OD) consulting firm specializing in people development & organizational design in oil and gas, government, finance, education, and supply chain / manufacturing. Her experience spans across multiple industries in the areas of industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, training, instructional design, succession planning, leadership, and change management for more than 17 years. She provides expertise to clients and organizations on all areas of the ADDIE model, Agile development, learning management systems, organizational communications, policy interpretation, development, bench strength, employee engagement, customer relations, performance improvement, and knowledge transfer. Adrienne has trained & educated thousands of people in several organizations in her career. In addition, she has taught more than 100 college courses over a span of twelve years for multiple universities as an adjunct and full professor in leadership, business, psychology, communications, organizational development, & critical thinking. In addition, she has worked with or consulted for companies such as Halliburton, GE, HPE, BP, Teradata, LyondellBasell, Chevron Phillips Chemical, AT&T & others.
